Dr. Ali Baghdadi (British/Egyptian) - Chairman

Ali Baghdadi has built a group of companies operating in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, and established and acquired more than 20 different companies in the IT, Telecommunications and Hi Tech Services business. Some were sold to major multinationals such as Metrology Plc, CHS Electronics (Nasdaq listed) and the RUG company of Sir Andrew Loyyd Weber. The companies span a wide geographical territory including the UK, Germany, UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Turkey, Africa and the BVI.
In Aviation, he is a founding member of the Air Taxi Association of Europe. He is recognized as an international speaker on Very Light Jet technology and Air Taxi operations.

Nour Shawky (Austrian/Egyptian) – General Manager

Nour Shawky is a Computer Science graduate from University of Passau in Germany with the faculty price for academic excellence and top grade of the graduation year followed by completion of MSc with Distinction in Software Systems Engineering/Financial Stream from University College London and London Business School. Nour is experienced with defining processes for developing large, complex, highly dynamic, distributed software-intensive systems and the evolution of such systems across system families. He managed software projects for the financial, kiosk and aviation industries.
